This service is for issues related to sewer smell in a building or possible issues with sewer lines. If it is not an emergency, you can click the button to the right, fill out the form telling us where the issue is and describing the problem, and we will investigate as soon as we can.
If raw sewage is backing up from a floor drain, that is considered an EMERGENCY and we ask that you call the Facilities Emergency Number at 913-238-1078.
