From 8pm on Friday, June 12 until 8am Friday, June 19, the Ellucian Colleague SIS/ERP system will be unavailable, for the purpose of a clean migration from an on-premises server to a cloud one (SaaS). During the downtime window, access to Colleague-related services will be unavailable, including but not limited to:
- Student records
- Online access to student record and major changes
- Transcripts (both Parchment and printed)
- Grade changes
- Transfer equivalencies
- Residency appeals
- Student links to FERPA forms
- Registration

- No show recording
