SaaS Migration: Financial Aid

When Colleague is down starting late on June 12th, the following services in the Financial Aid office will be unavailable:

  • Document intake.
    • Documents would be difficult to bring in without full access to self service and student forms.
    • We would refer them to contact our office after June 22.
  • Loan originations.
  • Packaging of aid.
  • Transfer monitoring.
  • Aid disbursement to student accounts.
  • Processing for 26-27 through Student Forms.

During the same week, the Financial Aid office will be able to help with:

  • Identity document intake.
    • Will not be able to enter into colleague, but proof of identity can be recorded and entered when the system returns.
  • General questions about the Financial Aid process.
  • Help with FAFSA processing
    • Note that FAFSA acceptance in the system will not be able to be tested until Colleague returns.

We encourage you to process any current, outstanding Financial Aid items before the end of the day on June 12th.
