SaaS Migration: What will stay up?

From 8pm on Friday, June 12 until 8am Friday, June 19, the Ellucian Colleague SIS/ERP system will be unavailable, for the purpose of a clean migration from an on-premises server to a cloud one (SaaS). While services related to Colleague will go down and be unavailable during this week, a large number of services will remain available and unchanged throughout the week. These include but are not limited to:

  • Email and network access
  • The KCKCC website (kckcc.edu)
  • Blackboard LMS
  • MyDotte 1.0 (HR)
  • KCKCC Helpdesk (help.kckcc.edu)
