Setting Up KCKCC Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Issue
You are required to set up Multi-Factor-Authentication when activating your KCKCC account.
Troubleshooting
Navigate to KCKCC.EDU and log in to your school account.
Type in your user name and password .
You will see a screen that says "Action Required". Click "Next".
Go to your phones App store and download the Microsoft Authenticator app. Ensure the author says Microsoft Corporation.
Install the app. Click Next.
When the Authenticator has been installed, follow the directions on the computer screen.
Select QR from the menu. Your phone camera will turn on.
Scan the code that is on the computer screen with your phone.
You will be given a prompt on your phone to test if the Multi-Factor Authentication setup works correctly.
Click "Done" to finish the process.
